They vacuumed and shampooed my carpet.

Funny Story 1
Sean Murphy shows up to hang out, and didn't really have any idea what was going on. The look on his face when I told him that I was getting my carpets done for free, and when he figured out what was going on... hilarious.
Funny Story 2
A guy showed up to sell me some windows... so I pointed in my house and said "this guy is cleaning my carpets for free, what are you going to do for free?"
"Nufin....."
"Bye!"
Funny Story 3
After the job is done here, the boss shows up and asks "why is the vacuum in the box? Aren't you buying it?"
So the guy cleaning my carpets says very succinctly, "actually, he doesn't have a home phone, and he's bankrupt."
So they look at each other, and the boss goes, "Oh...."
